		<description>One safe guard that Kansas has for birth mothers is that she only signs her rights over to the adoptive parents thru a lawyer. I have a friend that adopted a little boy from another couple who didnt want him because of an eye problem, and I lived in fear that my son&#039;s adoptive parents would do the same thing until it was explained to me, that do to fact Kansas only allows birth parents to recliam their child if the adoptive decide they no longer want the child.</description>
