		<description>I tried the group approach and that was not a great experience.  I was made to feel worse by birthmothers at this group.&lt;br /&gt;
I have a therapist.  I have been with her for almost 4 years now it was the best thing I could ever do for me and my sanity.</description>

I&#039;ve paid out a lot of money in the past three years but from recent events and how I&#039;ve handled them, it&#039;s been worth it.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m terribly sorry that that was your experience.  I find it surprising how a therapist would have her own child in there....let alone be aware of your own issues related to adoption.&lt;br /&gt;

There are few to none therapists out there that specialize in the area.  Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to do so and provide telephonic counselling b/c of the lack of post-adoption services.  I am a reunited adoptee and have assisted others from all sides pre and post....I think it&#039;s important to discuss one&#039;s feelings about this  area...the feelings are life-long...&lt;br /&gt;
