I wish I had a cute Thanksgiving-ish picture to share today, since it is finally Turkey Day. But I don’t! Instead, I’ll share a recent picture that arrived in my email box of Charlie looking at his life book.
It goes perfectly with
yesterday’s thankful post since I wrote about how thankful I was that I created a life book for Charlie. I really feel like that this is very important and I am so glad I made it for him.
But looking at the pictures that A. recently sent me (thanks A!) of him looking at his life book makes me even happier that I took the time, energy, and love to create it for him. As I said yesterday, it gives him an instant to connection to bits of his biological history. He has the opportunity to learn about his biological great grandparents that he will never meet since they are deceased.

I hope that when he looks at the book, he feels loved, because lots of love went into making it. And looking at those pictures I think he knows that!
Happy Thanksgiving and happy Love Thursday
