It's April

It’s April! Can you believe it? The pages are flying off the calendar, aren’t they? Each month, I marvel at how quickly the previous month seems to have gone by. It’s teaching me a valuable and important lesson: time doesn’t stand still. Live in the moment! Don’t procrastinate!

Last month, several bloggers recapped their posts for the month and this month I thought I’d follow suit. It just seems like a nice way to bring closure to the month and for me personally to look back over and see what I have accomplished.

I really didn’t have any major series going on this month. Although, I did do the short “dealing with” series that included Dealing with Divorce, Dealing with a Big Move which included a part 1 and part 2, Dealing with a Name Change, and Dealing with a New Addition.

I introduced a Friday Lyrics segment that started with What Hurts the Most.

I featured some readers’ comments when I wrote about Gifts for Birthmoms, Sending Photos to Your Child’s Birthmom, and Your Birthchild’s Birthday.

I think my favorite posts of March were Top 10 Favorite Adoption Quotes and More Today than Yesterday.

Love Thursday continues to be a bright spot in the week where I take a moment and focus on something positive. My favorite Love Thursday post from March was It’s a Healthy Boy.

So, what’s coming in April??
Well I don’t know just quite yet! I don’t have any big plans at the moment so you will just have to stay tuned and see what I throw out there. I will be taking a short break this month (this week actually!) as I go on a mini-vacation with my hubby and my son Noah, who is on Spring Break this week.

As always, I appreciate you reading and value your input and comments. If you ever have any suggestions for topics, don’t hesitate to email me at openadoptionblogger@adoptionmail.com or leave it in the comment box of any post!
